我喜欢这个只有我才熟悉的空间，让我可以自由的叙写自己的心情，好的坏的，心酸的，委屈的，又或者是开心的。
从小傅，到Alex，每个深入我心的回忆，每段爱恨别离的伤痛拉扯，慢慢变得越来越模糊。
是的，长大是要付出代价，经历也给人财富。坚强乐观，这不是妥协，这不是困扰，是勇敢的面对现实，是一个人勇于面对自己害怕的事，是一个人勇敢的担负这个社会上的责任。
放下过往的曾经，明年的五月份，就要三十岁了，我想，是时候我该可以翻过这一页，重新打开另一页，重新开始描述，生活是美好的，你不觉的吗？有幸福的家庭，父母健康的相伴。为什么要把自己带进那样混沌的生活中去呢。
至于他们，记住，有种沉默才是对一个人无声的再见。
好好调适自己的心情，给自己放个大假，开开心心没有包袱的，重新出发。

就此打住，静下心来
老实讲，我有还以自己这样做是否是对的，但是我想我应该不会去见他了，我一定要找到那个合适的人，不合适就算了，不要因为外在的很多原因，做让自己后悔一生的选择。曾经的自己就是因为没有主见，才会这样的飘荡，我想我找到方向了，我可以结束再出发了，就差最后一步了，这跟以前都不一样，王立桢，一定坚持住啊。
你是对的相信自己的直觉，过去的就过去了，不要回头，但要总结经验，不要过于鲁莽，冲动。关键的时候要知道自己该做什么。

桢桢，加油，不哭
我今晚搬出來了，我是難受的，一段又一段的感情，多些的投入，少些的投入。
原來，一個人要很勇敢才可以離開一個人，即使你清楚地知道這個人是錯的。
我很想找到我生命中的對的人，我不知道他在哪裡，我還在尋找。
我覺得這很殘忍，真的很殘忍，離別很殘忍。
只是，长痛不如短痛，我知道我是对的抉择。
桢桢，你真的长大了，你学会了离开错的人，理性地看待人生，继续向前走。
是啊，怎么能忘记那种感觉啊，他开车离开，再也没有见过，掺杂着亲人般的感情就此结束，似乎那是我唯一的依靠，然后，没有然后。
无数个夜晚，我一个人哭坐在深夜里，面对着电脑发呆，想自己的傻。
如果那是必经的，我学到的就是不要把希望放在别人身上，
我懂得爸妈的可贵，他们就这样白发渐渐多起来，更加担心我，不论我人在哪里。
我知道，爸妈是我最坚实的依靠。
就算全个世界，亦都失去，他也在这里。
就算全场寂静，他都给我，衷心的赞许。
就算谁爱过我，又给收去，他炙热不退。
旁人视为负累，他偏不觉苦，精心等我归去。

爸爸妈妈，在任何时候都那么的爱我，包容我一切的任性，无赖，坏脾气。
满足我所有的要求，辛苦的供我出国读书。
爸爸都六十岁了，我该回国了，我要回到他们身边，照顾他们。
女儿大了，女儿可以理智的做决定，处理问题。
过了今晚，我会强迫自己不再去想。
我一定会放下，准备考试。

我要按时顺利毕业，我要回家工作，好好报答你们。

我再也不想被人当作负累，我再也不想一人独自去舔舐伤口，我会好好努力。

如假包換的小王岩
剛剛考完一門，心情大好，本要來睡個覺，可是卻無論如何都睡不著。
上來曬一下我跟爸爸的照片。這是我，沒錯，如假包換，是個女孩子。
我喜歡大口袋的衣服，到現在都是，女孩子的衣服很少有口袋多的。那就很吃虧，為什麼呢
因為叔叔阿姨給我糖吃的時候，都要把口袋塞滿，口袋小了，自然沒得放。
年紀很小就很會用心在吃得上面啊。
怨不得越來越覺得自己像piggy呢。呵呵
（我跟爸爸長得很像，人家都說是一個樣子刻出來的，哈哈）

我在想現在的他是怎樣的，如果我們還在一起會怎樣，他過得好不好，傷心的時候有沒有人陪，壓力大的時候是否有人傾聽。
分手快兩年了，我還是忘不了，應該也沒想忘記他。
每每想到他，淡淡的憂傷透過眼神，總是不經意的就被人讀出。
驅車離開的畫面，轉瞬間，成為他給我唯一的記憶。
一直到現在，我還是希望有天，我回來的時候，開車途徑墨爾本的路上，反复聽那首歌。
他現在應該會很好吧，他應該得到他要得了吧。
我真的很難放下這個人，更難放下他對我的期望。
那種期望，跟父親的一樣，深深的印在我的心裡
我是否有達到他的期望
我一直覺得他在乎

回國，選擇離開
舊瘡故犯，心情十分煩躁，卻又在這樣的一個時間，聽失踪那首歌，準確的說是歌詞，總是默默悼念歌詞裡的那個女主角，最害怕的就是自己就是那個她。
不該跟他開始，不會那麼的受傷，不管我怎麼努力，他還是沒有安全感。最可笑的，時過境遷，我竟然都無法找到合適的詞彙去形容我的感受。委屈？心碎？我不知道，比起那些明智的選擇，我被人議論為愚笨，我是把，在眾人的眼裡，那又怎樣？
停停留留，我找不到安定的感覺，所以要再次的選擇離開。

一、爱一个人不要从嘴巴表达，无须每天都向他说 “我爱你”，说得太多就成了口头禅而不是心里话，引述一位名人的真知灼见：女人永远不要让男人知道她爱他，他会因此而自大,爱在心里不是更充满韵味吗？
二、电话通话，适可而止。每天最多给他两次电话，特殊情况例外，电话里在对方意犹未尽时先挂断，保持适度神秘感，没有男人喜欢喋喋不休的女人。

六、未到适当的时候，千万不要逼婚，太爱一个人就会想要天长地久，这时候就渴望谈婚论嫁，一个劲在朋友面前提婚纱啊买房买车啊，把结婚的渴望明明白白的挂在脸上。如果对方想结婚的话，不用你暗示也会自动去买戒指，反之你那种虚张声势的渴望会吓跑他。
七、不要为了他生小孩，在现代的社会里，单身妈妈多的是，她们都有一定的经济能力和心理承受能力。如果想用孩子来羁绊男人的话就太不明智了，你不能让对方对你负责，却还要去负责一个生命，这不是自找的麻烦吗？
八、爱过就是了，但不要天天厮守，爱情的生命力是有限的，要让爱情保鲜期长一点就要保持一个适当的距离和温度，如果有了肉体关系，肌肤之亲，千万别摆出一副非你莫嫁的样子，这是一种带有威胁性的暗示；性是双方共同的感受，是感情的昇华，无须当成感情上的金科玉律。

一定要站起来。
你一直都是个胆小鬼，因为你从来没有用尽全力的努力过，所以，你不清楚的知道自己的能力究竟在哪里。
年底即将回国，这无疑是最正确的抉择。
所以，尽自己最大的努力，学好该学的，成功的大好这一仗。
证明给自己看，你是可以很强大的，强大了就有信心，就不会倒下。

这种感觉是很受伤，可是，我想问你，人的本性是这样子，所以，你是要站起来，还是要永远做个弱者，找寻那个人那个可以不计较这么多的人来给你帮助？看人的脸色？乞求别人的施舍？是这样子吗？你要这么做吗？
要一辈子的受制于人吗？你的信心从哪里可以得到呢？
谁可以给你？没有人可以给你，所以，不要抱怨任何人，这是每个人都会做的事情，帮是人情，不帮是道理。
现实世界里，没有人可以全心全意的抛开自己的利益去帮你吧。除了你的父母。
所以，不要这样子下去，振作起来。把考试考好。
这学期的考试只要全部通过，我相信，你的信心，一定可以找得回来。它说明，只要你认真努力，就一定有所成，金融，你可以学得了。
如果你不想输这口气，就振作起来，打好这场仗。
做个勇敢的战士，死也要死在战场上。
我佩服你的勇气可以回来重新面对这一切，
只是，毅力，一定要有，还有就是相信自己，要有坚定必胜的信心。
其他的人都是狗屁，这个世界只有靠自己。靠人靠的了一时，靠不了一世。

财政分析*************************************************************在BS里，我们可以拿一些数据来看看公司的赚钱能力还是财政状况。财政状况********1。Current Ratio = Total Current Asset/ Total Current LiabilitiesSinchew的 Current Ratio 从2005年的2.16 增加到2006年的2.93。通常Current Ratio要大于一，就好是可以接近二。当然Current Asset里的Inventories 和 Account Receivable比较难转换成现金。增长中的公司我们可以允许Current Ratio 接近一。2。Debt-To-Equity Ratio = Non-current debt / EquitySinchew的DTE Ratio从2005年的0.12减少到2006年的0.113。 赚钱能力 － Sinchew的Net Asset Value 是RM1.10, 那么，这个季度它赚了4.87cents。所以，年度化的ROE是(4.87*4)/1.10大概是17.71%。而去年当季的年度化ROE是 (6.10*4)/1.06=23.02%。所以，我们可以做个结论：SINCHEW的财政状况良好，而其赚钱能力则减退了，主要原因是税务开销增加及营业额下降导致净利减少。同样的，它的Asset Turnover(Asset/Equity)也减少了。从去年的1.43减少到今年的1.32。Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Cash Flow Statements For the period ended 30 June 2006现金流表这个帐目主要是让我们了解到底今年的现金是从哪里来，往哪里去。对于一间公司来说，现金就是血液。没有现金周转，公司就有生命危险。当年金融风暴多数的公司倒闭主要就是因为现金流管理不好所至。现金流表主要分为三个部分：1。Net Cash Generated from Operation但凡所有有关系到营业的现金流向都会记录在这里。SINCHEW给了一个很好的例子，也就是它很详细地把Net Cash Generated from Operation分成三层，即：A。Profit before taxation 到 Operating profit before changes in working capital。这个项目是把一些非现金流的项目再加回Profit before Taxation里，比如Depreciation/Amortzation（折旧)。B。Operating profit before changes in working capital 到 Cash generated from operations。这个项目是加入营运资本变化里。主要是分为Current Asset 及 Current Liabilities。从这里我们可以看到Account Payable, Account Receivables, Inventories等等变化。C。Cash generated from operations 到 Net cash generated from operating activities.这里是把税务、利息收入及开销都记录在这里。要注意的就是这里指的是用现金还的税务及利息开销，有时候没有被偿还的开销都是放在Current liabilities里。Net Cash Generated From Operating Activities 就是我们在当时的营业里得到的净现金流量。2。Net Cash Used in Investing顾 名思义，Net Cash Used in Investing就是当时我们利用现金拿来投资。所谓的投资可以是股票投资，购买子公司，或者购买Non-Current Asset比如机器、工厂等等。当然多数情况Net Cash Used in Investing是负数的，除非该公司把子公司卖出，或是卖了一些资产得来的现金都会放在这个项目里。所谓的Free Cash Flow 指的就是当公司从营业里取得的现金盈利，扣除了一般的资本开销，剩下的现金是可以拿来自由运用(比如拿来收购公司、回退给股东等等)。这里的Capex,其实我不是很了解，希望大大可以指教。3。Net Cash Used In Financing这个项目主要用来记录公司付给股东股息、筹资、还债、发行新的股票等等。所 以，我们可以看到SINCHEW的现金流有改善的迹象，主要是Current Asset的Inventories减少许多。有可能是记录Inventory的算法不一样，也可能是LIFO Liquidation,当然，也有可能是公司积极把货物销售出去，而“来不及”用现金再买货物。无论如何，SINCHEW也还了许多债务，这对将来的盈利取得积极的作用。p/s: Inventory的算法有LIFO,FIFO,Average Cost,所以我可以再开另一个文章来解释这个Inventory的算法。或者其他大大有兴趣我们可以专题探讨。现金流量表的底部清楚注明现金增加/减少，现金开始的数目及现金最后的数目。我们可以看到截止2006年6月30日的现金增加RM5,001,000.00。所以我们可以看到现金从RM32,212,000.00增加到RM37,390,000.00。Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity For the period ended 30 June 2006Share Capital指的就是股本。Non-distributable Share Premium指的就是不可分配的股本。这个项目的来源是在于当公司以多过PAR VALUE的价格售卖股票时，多余的数目就会流到这里。Distributable Revenue Reserve指的是可分配的股本。当公司有盈利或亏损时，该数目就会记录在这里。有些公司选择把盈利当做股息(dividend)给股东们，一些公司则选择把盈利保留下来，当做未来的发展的资金。Total就是这三个项目的总和。好吧，让我们来看看SINCHEW的股东基金变化表。在2006 年四月一日，SINCHEW的Share Capital是RM151,000,000.00，不可分配的股本是RM467,000.00, 可分配股本是RM167,484,000.00，而2006年当时的净利是RM14,720,000.00。由于这一个季度没有股息分配，所以，所有的净 利都被加入在可分配股本里。所以，我们可以看到截止2006年6月三十号的总数是RM333,671,000.00。这一页的股东基金变化表主要是让我们看看：1。有没有新股分配2。有没有Private Placement/ESOS/Convertibles/Warrant转换成普通股票4。股息分配5。净利所以我们就不会认为股东基金增加并不是因为只因为净利增加带动。有时候当我们看到股票重组时，原本的股东基金变小，然后外来基金加入让股本再扩大。怎样看财务报表问1：公司财务报表应如何分析呢?问2：资产负债表有些什么内容呢?问3：利润及利润分配表又有什么内容呢?问4：这两个表结合起来该如何分析呢?问5：那又该如何从行业和国民经济发展状况来分析呢?问：公司财务报表应如何分析呢？答：公司财务报表既反映了公司的财务状况，同时也是公司经营状况的综合反映。因此，通过分析公司财务报表，就能对公司财务状况及整个经营状况有个基本的了解。分析公司财务报表可以掌握反映公司经营状况的一系列基本指标和变化情况，了解公司经营实力和业绩，并将它们与其他公司的情况进行比较，从而对公司的内在价值作出基本的判断。按有关规定，上市公司应将其中期财务报表(上半年的)和年度财务报表公开发表。这样，一般投资者可从有关报刊上获得上市公司的中期和年度财务报表。公司中期报表较为简单，年度报表则较为详细，但上市公司的各种财务报表至少应包括两个基本报表，即资产负债表和利润及利润分配表。问：资产负债表有些什么内容呢？答：资产负债表是一张静态报表，反映了该报表截止时间时公司的资金来源及分布状况。对该 表的基本分析内容包括了解分析公司当时的财务结构、经营能力、盈利水平和偿债能力。a、流动资产，包括货币资金、短期投资、应收帐款、应收票据、坏帐准备、预付货款、其他应收款、存货、待处理流动资产净损失、一年内到期的长期债券和其他流动资产。b、长期投资，一年期以上的投资。c、固定资产，包括固定资产原值及折旧、净值、固定资产清理、在建工程、待处理固定资产净损失。d、无形及递延资产。e、流动负债，包括短期借款、应收票据、应收帐款、预收货款、应付福利费、未付股利、未缴税金、其他未缴及应付、预提费用 、一年内到期的长期负债、 其他。f、长期负债，包括长期借款及其他。g、递延税项及其他。h、股东权益，包括股本、资本公积金、盈余公积金（含公益金）、未分配利润。问：利润及利润分配表又有什么内容呢？答：该表是一张动态表，反映了公司在某一时期的经营成果(中期报表反映上半年，年度报表反映全年)。从公司的主营业务收入和增长率可看出公司自身业务的规模和发展速度。理想的增长模式应呈阶梯式增长，这样的公司业务进展稳定，基础扎实。大起大落的公司则不够安全稳定。问：这两个表结合起来该如何分析呢？答：对财务状况的分析不能静态地看一个数据或一张报表的内容，而应将各种财务数据结合起来综合分析才能看出问题的实质。投资者尤其应重视以下指标：反映获利能力指标包括：资产收益率=净利润/总资产平均余额×100%平均余额=(期初余额+期末余额)÷2股本收益率=税后利润-优先股股息/普通股股本金额×100% 税后利润－优先股股息 每股盈利=----- 普通股股本总数净利率＝税后利润/主营业务收入×100%注: 资产收益率是公司资产获利能力的综合反映, 它的高低直接反映了公司的竞争实力和发展能力, 也是决定公司是否应举债经营的重要依据。股本收益率和每股盈利的高低, 反映了公司分配股利的能力, 也是投资者最为关心的指标。净利率反映了主要经营业务获得净利的能力。反映经营能力的指标包括: 销售成本 存货周转率=-------------- 存货平均余额 销售收入 应收帐款周转率= 应收帐款平均余额 销售收入 资产周转率=---- 总资产平均余额以上三个指标分别从不同的角度反映了公司经营能力的高低, 这些指标及公司上期与同行业其他公司的平均水平相比越高越好。反映偿债能力的指标包括:自有资产比率和资产负债比率可用下面公式表示：自有资产比率＝资产净值/资产总额×100%资产负债比率＝负债额/资产总额×100%自 有资产比率高，说明公司经营资产中举债的比例低，偿债的安全性较高，反之则结果相反。但是对股东来说，该比率过高并非是好现象，因为借款利率如果低于资产 报酬率，则股东可以因公司“低息举债经营”而获得更多的报酬。当然，自有资产比率过低，公司经营扩张过度，将来资金周转有可能出现困难，这对股东来说也并 非是好事。流动比率可用下面公式表示：流动比率＝流动资产/流动负债流动比率用来衡量公司清偿短期负债的能力。流动比率高表示公司的短期偿债能力 强，但过高则可能是流动资产过剩，形成资金浪费。一般认为，流动比率为2:1较为适当。过低说明偿债能力不足，过高则说明资金没有有效地利用。速动比率可用下面公式表示：速动比率＝速动资产/流动负债速动资产只是流动资产中的一部分，包括现金、存款、短期证券、应收帐款等很快 能转变成现金的公司资产。该比率显示公司即期偿债的能力。一般认为1:1的比率 是较为合适的。每股净资产可用下面公式表示：每股净资产＝资产净值/普通股总数每股净资产反映了每股股票所含有的现有价值含量，该指标在对公司进行股本扩张和清 算时显得非常重要。对股东来说该指标自然是越高越好。反映市场价值的指标包括: 每股市价市盈率=------- 每股前一年净盈利在把握公司经营实绩中, 应依据财务报表的分析并结合对公司其他方面的了解, 如技术水平、人员素质和重大项目情况等, 做出综合分析判断。问：那又该如何从行业和国民经济发展状况来分析呢？公司所在行业和国民经济发展状况是影响股票价格的重要因素, 对它们的分析主要是关注政策动向和结论，同时采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法。对行业和国民经济发展状况的全面把握是相当复杂的, 但一般通过了解政府政策及日常报告和分析它们的主要经济指标, 便可基本认识。其中最有代表性的报告是政府工作报告、指标是行业总产值 或国民生产总值。通过分析政府报告和公告，我们可以了解国家整体形势、发展方向，一段时间内政府的发展重点和扶持行业。通过分析行业总产值增长率以及与其他行业增长率的比较或国民生产总值增长速度变化情况, 我们对行业或国民经济发展的状况就有大致的了解。当然, 进一步的认识还需分析其他有关指标, 如行业的平均利润率和国家的通货膨胀率等。一 般而论, 当行业总产值连续稳定增长, 且增长速度和行业平均利润率高于其他多数行业较多时, 表明该行业增长较快, 前景也较好; 反之, 行业前景就不太妙。 当国民生产总值连续稳定地较快增长且通货膨胀率又较低时, 表明国民经济发展状况及其前景较好;反之, 则情况就不妙。以上所提的这些指标情况从国家或行业发布的统计报告中即可获得。另外, 为了较全面地认识行业或国民经济发展的状况, 尤其是发展前景的预测, 还应结合对行业周期和国民经济发展周期, 特别是目前行业和国民经济所处的发展阶段进行分析。对国民经济所处发展阶段及其前景的分析应注意国家重大经济政策的变化和国家经济 计划的安排。总之, 公司所在行业和国民经济发展前景看好, 将有利于公司的发展和其股票价格的上升; 反之, 则不利。通 过对公司经营实绩、所在行业和国民经济发展状况的基本分析, 我们对公司股票的实际价值就能有个基本的判断。当然, 股票的市场价格并非只取决于其实际价值, 它同时还要受其他种种因素, 尤其是直接受市场供求关系的影响。但是, 从长远看, 股票实际价值的高低终将会在市场价格上体现出来。

靠自己，加油！
抱住我的那刻，心裏很安定，我喜歡自己的性格。
我想我真的改變了，承諾在今時今日没有任何意義，而可以留住這個人在我身邊對我而言卻比什麼都重要，因為他相信我，因為他跟我一樣被人傷害，失去信心，我們都需要通過自己真正的努力去建立自信。
陪伴，相信，關心對方，比任何承諾都來的有意義。
人生有很多路需要我走，很多人會陪在我身邊，很多人會離我而去，而我又在其中離開或者退開很多人，離散，成了無言的結局，心知肚明卻又没有人想要說出。因為誰都想留住那可憐的最後一點點尊嚴。
靠自己的努力，開啟自己的人生。加油！

不要受傷

清醒了就好
我不知道要怎樣將這種感受，你知道，當一再努力掙扎的走出一段感情的陰影，在其中，你碰到了那個幫助你甚至可以說是替你療傷的人。可最後的最後，可笑的是你發現他是老千，地地道道的老千，他瞄准的是錢，可惜我奉上的是感情。其實他不知道，没有什麼事畢真心更可貴的。只是，想得到我的真心，太難了。
想想，覺得人生的曆練好像都没有開始，覺得自己太可笑了，真的不該在感情中無限制的糾葛下去，没有任何的意義，呵呵，清醒了就好。
